BUROCCO VPOO-E Series Straight-Through On-Off Valves are general-purpose valves. The valve body is mainly made of ductile iron GGG 40 (PN16), carbon steel 1.0619 or stainless steel ASTM CF8M; the valve plug is made of 316L+PTFE-CG or PEEK; the valve stem is made of 316L; the packing can be PTFE, PTFE+'OR' FPM or special materials; the gasket can be FASIT 400, SIL C4500 or PTFE; the actuator is made of stainless steel; and the valve yoke is GGG 40 (with epoxy varnish).

This series of valves has a size range of DN 15-100, a nominal pressure of PN16, and a connection method of UNI/DIN PN16 flange. It reaches Class VI soft seal (Class VI bubble tight seal), with a proportional (eqp%) valve plug type. It is equipped with a pneumatic actuator (max. supply pressure 8 bar) and is suitable for a temperature range of -5 to +205?. It can be used for liquids and gases with a pressure of up to 16 bar, and steam with a pressure of up to 12 bar. Its flow coefficient (KVs) varies with DN (3.5 for DN15, 6 for DN20... 136 for DN100). The standard weight (excluding accessories) ranges from 10.5 kg for DN15 to 55-61 kg for DN100, and the standard dimensions (mm) correspond to specific values of parameters such as A, C, E, Ø D, Ø Serv. and G (thread) according to different DN.

This series of valves has multiple optional features: HPP PEEK valve plug seal, Normally Open/Normally Closed mode, high-temperature packing, FPM-sealed actuator, handwheel for emergency operation, valve positioner, limit switch, and air regulator.
